ICF PCC Requirements

To earn your PCC credential, you must meet rigorous ICF PCC Requirements. These requirements are designed to ensure that PCC coaches demonstrate exceptional coaching skills, ethical conduct, and adherence to ICF standards.

ICF PCC Requirements include:

  • Completion of an ICF-accredited coach training program (ICF Level 2 Training). OR, if already an ACC, 65 additional coach education hours.

  • A minimum of 500 hours of coaching experience, with at least 450 hours of paid coaching.

  • Completion of the 10-hour Mentor Coaching requirement. (included in Level 2 programs)

  • Successful submission of the PCC Application.

  • Submission of 2 recorded coaching sessions at the PCC level (included in Level 2 programs)

  • Successful passing of the ICF credentialing exam
