Day 1: Thursday, Sept 26th
6pm: The group will meet at an emblematic location for a cava welcome reception before walking to a traditional Spanish tapas dinner in the city.
Day 2: Friday, Sept 27th
9am - 1pm: Our first group session will kick off with a focus on the first of the three BEING COMPS: Embodying a Coaching Mindset.
Energizing discussion will be followed by experiential learning activities designed to help you define your value and solidify your role through permission and boundary setting.
You will have the rest of the day to recharge, reflect, and relax or explore the city.
Dinner on your own.
Day 3: Saturday, Sept 28th
9am - 1pm: Today we will continue our learning with a focus on the next BEING COMP: Cultivating Trust and Safety.
Group coaching, facilitated discussion and powerful exercises will support you in practicing vulnerability and bringing your whole self to the coaching process.
1.30pm After a short break we will walk to a nearby restaurant to enjoy sangria and a Valencian paella lunch with plenty of bonding and laughter. (Your travel companion is welcome to join for a fee.)
You will have the afternoon and evening to continue to connect, explore…or siesta
Dinner on your own.
Day 4: Sunday, Sept 29th
9am - 1pm: We will conclude our work with the final BEING COMP: Maintaining Presence.
Lively teaching, discussion, and dynamic activities will support you in bulding confidence in your role, holding space, and bringing your unique self and voice to your coaching.
The afternoon allows for free time to explore, wander, or simply be.
8pm: We will meet at a renowned Valencian restaurant for a farewell dinner where we will toast your success with classic Spanish wine and a delicious feast.
Day 5: Monday, Sept 30th
Departure or choose to stick around and enjoy additional time in Valencia on your own. (Check out our Valencia Travel Guide for some recommendations!)
The program schedule is subject to changes, and all activities and meals listed in the schedule are included in the fee. Scheduled meals include two non-alcoholic beverages, beer, or wine.
